Can I import testimonials I've already collected?

Yes! Senja allows you to import your existing screen grabs, video testimonials and text testimonials from 35 sources, including X, Facebook, Google, Capterra, Airbnb, Zillow and TrustPilot. If you'd rather not lift a finger, our free concierge migration moves everything over for you.

What information can I collect from my customers?

Our flexible forms allow you to collect anything you want to make up your customer testimonials.

What happens after I collect 15 testimonials?

Once you hit the 15 testimonial limit, new testimonials in your account will be hidden. Your forms and widgets will still work, but to view your new testimonial you will need to upgrade.

What happens if I cancel or downgrade?

You drop to the Free plan at the end of your billing period, with a 10-day grace period on paid features. Your testimonials stay, your forms and widgets keep working, and your links and embeds don't break. Widgets and Walls of Love show Senja branding again, and new testimonials over the 15 free limit are hidden until you upgrade. Download your HD videos before you downgrade, since the Free plan exports in SD.

Can I download my videos and use them anywhere?

Yes. Your testimonials are yours, and every plan includes exports. Video downloads are SD on Free and HD on Starter and Pro. Use them on your website, in ads, wherever you like.

Do you offer discounts to nonprofits / charities?

Do you offer any other discounts?

Yearly billing gets you 2 months free, and registered nonprofits get a discount (see above). We run the occasional seasonal deal too. There's no student discount, and codes from coupon sites aren't ours and won't work.

Which payment formats and currencies do you accept?

All payments on our standard plans are via debit cards and credit card.

We use Stripe, the leading payment processor for SaaS companies.

What happens when I switch from monthly to annual billing?

Stripe prorates the switch: the unused time on your monthly plan is credited toward the annual charge, and your invoice shows the exact amounts. If anything looks off, message support and we'll sort it out.

Can I get invoices with my company details?

Yes. On any paid plan you can view and download invoices from your Billing page and add your company name and billing address. If an older invoice is missing, send support your payment dates and we'll find it.

Do you offer refunds?

We handle refunds case-by-case. Billing errors, unused accounts and missed renewal notices are all fair game. Message support with your account email and your reason, and we'll reply within 1-2 business days. Approved refunds reach your original payment method in 5-10 business days, and your testimonials stay intact either way.

Do you have an agency plan?

Yes! Senja works well for agencies who want to invite multiple clients. Read this guide.

Can I get more projects, seats or forms without changing plans?

Pro includes 5 projects and 5 seats, and you can add more anytime for $10/month per extra project and $5/month per extra seat. Forms come with your plan: 3 on Starter, unlimited on Pro.

Can I transfer a project to a client or another account?

Yes. Message support with the project name and both account emails and we'll move it over. Testimonials, forms and settings all carry across, and your links and embeds keep working. The new owner takes over billing from there.
